Sealant condition should be inspected every 12 months. Full reseals are typically needed every 3–5 years in Tasmanian conditions.
Can water damage be repaired, or is the van a write-off?+
It depends on how far the damage has spread. Caught early, most water damage is a localised repair. Once framework and floors are rotten, repairs become much larger.
